4OnMangaan is set in the heart of Douglasdale in Johannesburg North. This beautiful boutique self-catering house is ideal for a group of friends or family looking for a private home with all the necessary amenities
Douglasdale is something of a mini-metropolis. It is a vibrant community on the cusp of Fourways and within 5 mins drive of Monte Casino. It is littered with trendy restaurants and shopping centres within a short distance. The newly upgraded Fourways Mall is a mere 4km away and is a shopper’s haven with over 400 shops.
The house has 3 double rooms, all en suite, with inviting views to the expansive garden. There is a large boma with a braai facility, a beautiful seasonal swimming pool, a built in bar, and lots of space to move freely and enjoy.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and the property offers a daily cleaning service on request.
4OnMangaan has full security and offers it’s guests enclosed secure parking.

For Special occasions, the house has an adjoining hair and beauty salon which guests can make bookings at for their beauty needs.
4onMangaan is also able to open its premises as a venue hire for team meetings and other small intimate events.

Based In Fourways
William Nicol toward Monte Casino, turn left onto Leslie Avenue. Cross over Douglas Road and continue onto Leslie. Pass the church on the right hand side and the house is on the main road approx. 300 meters down on the right. You will clearly see 4 Mangaan Road with the Beauty Salon’s sign, Alotta Beaute, on the palisade at the front. There is generous parking on the premises free of charge.
